REMARKS: Bought this reel in St.Louis, USA
The Bass Pro shop sold the little reel to me, there is also a nice cabela's a few miles away from the Bass Pro.

This reel is used by many kids as a first reel as control is very easy, just pull the lever , cast and release the lever, very easy for children to use.
The reason I bought this underspin reel is to test if this reel can be used in muddy/sandy conditions.
I have some fishing spot were there is a lot of sand and mud and after catching a large fish, i have to lay down the rod and reel on the ground.

With a normal spinning reel, the bail will be quickly full of sand and mud, result is you fish all day with grinding sounds from the reel.
Also a normal spinning reel needs to be cleaned at home for the next fishing trip because of all the sand in the bail.
Cleaning a bail from sand and mud is for many people not so easy, the ball need to be removed and cleaned with white sprited or alike.
Cleaning under tab water does not help for me as the sand usually digs in under all the mechanics of the bail.
The only option is to remove everthing as my reels get really dirty.

The Pfueger Cetina PFLCETINASC4UX solves this problem, of course it has no external moving parts, the reel is doing exactly for what i bought it for.
The reel is very small and weight around 180 gram which is heavy compared to its size.
However this reel is made from aluminium, only the lever is made from plastic and it has 5 ball bearings which all explains the weight.
The reel comes with pre-spooled 4lbs nylon, the actual line feels thicker, but after 3 sessions still in good order.
I believe this reel is perfect for lines between 12/100 until 18/100.

After several sessions:

Like:
- Small
- Very Smooth retrieve
- Drag is superb, in this model the spool actually rotates like in a normal spinning reel, very good.
- Very easy casting.
- Mechanics well protected against dirt.

Dislike:
- Retrieve speed not very fast.
- Casting distance is limited as spool does not oscillate.

So all in all for $39.39 the best underspin reel you can buy, for sure skip the Daiwa, buy this one, the drag is superb.
Not recommended for lure fishing as casting is not as good compared to a normal spinning reel, but very good for casting light sinkers or 5 - 10 gram floats in dirty fishing condition.
Of course this reel is for small or medium sized fish, like trout.
