This reel is a superb reel, very smooth and light. The model 2506 has the special UL spool with a max drag of 3kg, very smooth for light line fishing. Only bail sometimes does not close perfect, maybe 1 out of 100 cast, which is a problem on many reels today.
Picture from the Daiwa main catalogue 2010 were all the Caldia models are listed, this is the japanese catalogue which shows also other reels not available in europe or USA.
