Wow, February already! Time really flies.

The return of Fangs & Fur fizzled out before it ever began, so that's been moved to Hiatus.
Sunnydale should be back soon, but until it reopens I'll keep it under Hiatus as well.
On a brighter note: Prejoin (finally) opened for a new Twilight TCG called Forever. And of course I joined!

A lot has happened since the last post... Westlife announced a new tour and not 2 days later announced that it was to be their last. I managed to score some tickets but they are by far my worst seats ever.

On the TCG front there have been some changes as well: Sunnydale and The Five are now on hiatus. I do still accept trades for them though.

Another day, another reshuffle.
I opened Love Sucks this morning and saw it had gone on Hiatus. I immediately quit! I'm not bothering with TCGs anymore if they are on Hiatus during Prejoin, no matter how cute the cards are.
I've also decided to delete Entangled, basically for the same reasons.
Grrr... this is not how I wanted to start my weekend!

I've moved Entangled to Inactive, because despite the promissing start, it's been quiet on the Entangled front for over a month now. (Of course this will mean it'll come back to life tomorrow... something like that always happens when I decide to chang my TCG list.)

Last day of February... Are the first 2 months of 2011 really gone already?
I decided it was time to change the look of my log again. After my favourite werewolf I had to go for my favourite Vampire, didn't I? Gotta love those eyes and sarcastic whit. Not to mention the ravishingly good looks *haha*.
Still tweeking it a bit, but pretty happy with it so far. :D

2 Months since my last message... I really need to update here more often.

Joined a new Vampire Diaries TCG this week: Love Sucks. Really looking forward to the opening.

It's been quite a few months since Swashbuckling, Entangled and Syndicate were active and I've given up hope of them ever coming back. So with a heavy heart I have taken down the logs.

I am now the new owner of Caboodle TCG. Jamie put it up for adoption and I jumped at the chance to take it over. I've always loved this TCG and I'm happy it's not going to die. Everything seems to be under control and it looks like the first proper update will be on Friday.

I joined 2 (new) TCGs: Idolize & Fangs And Fur. I will continue to play Caboodle, just need to figure out some kind of reward system, since I can't play games.

On a more personal note: Westlife tour 2011 went on sale a few weeks ago and I managed to get some tickets. Not the best tickets I ever had, but at least I know I'll be there next year. Also heard a snippet from their new single and it sounds like a power ballad, totally my kind of song.

It's the first week of September, so I felt it was time to reorganise my TCG list again. Deleted some dead TCGs, created a Westlife section (the TCGs might all be dead, but I can't make myself delete the cards) and as you see: no more active TCGs. I hope that with the end of summer the TCG owners find their way back to their PCs again and start updating again.

Still no news from Jasmine about the adoption. I hope she lets me know soon.

I went to see the very gorgeous Mister Feehily and his mates last weekend and despite the very heavy rain camping out from 7 a.m. was definitely worth it. We got to be front row. It was wonderful seeing Westlife in action again and I'm happy to say I'm back loving them as much as I used to. Looking forward to their new album and the next tour. Let's hope I'll have better luck with tickets then. *fingers crossed*

With all TCGs on hiatus or inactive, there's not a lot of updating to do. I still haven't heard back from Jasmine about the adoption of Entangled and Syndicate, but I'm ready to take them over is she decided in my favour.

If anyone can recommend a good TCG, please let me know! I miss logging LOL.

Imagine my surprise when I opened my email a few days ago and found a message that So Magical had closed. It had been going strong for many years and I had seen no sign of the admin thinking about quitting.
I heard that it had come back from the dead before, so for now I'll keep my log in Closed/Hiatus.

I've made an offer to the owner of Entangled and Syndicate to adopt the TCGs from her. I know she's considering my offer, so I'll wait to see what she decides.

I'm away this weekend to go see my precious man live on stage for the first time in 18 months. It's an outdoor gig and it'll probably rain cats and dogs, but I'm really looking forward to it.

And last, but certainly not least: Happy Sweet 16 to my darling daughter. Where did the years go??

I think it's pretty clear Mystic Falls and Seattle Grace are slightly more than comatose. I've moved them to Hiatus/Closed. If they're not back by the end of August I'll delete my logs.
Entangled and Syndicate have been moved to Inactive. They should be back by August 1st.

On a more positive note: I joined another TCG: So Magical. I had been looking at that one for a while now, but never allowed myself to send in the join form. My starter pack just arrived, so my log will be up shortly.

Just realised that this time next month I'll be in the UK waiting to finally see my man on stage again... Prepare to be Smurfed again, Mark!

I'm home again and slowly getting used to the fact I won't be waited on hand and foot or have my drinks by the pool... Needless to say Spain was all I hoped it would be and more. I even got a tan (if you know me personally, you'll know how big of a deal that it LOL).

I'll be getting back to the world of TCGs soon; will have a lot of catch up to do. I did remove the vacation notice from all my wishlists and my trade form, so I am officially back in business as of now.

Yay, Caboodle is officially back! I've received my starterpack and am in the middle of logging the new cards.
My Aperture, Featured and Saga logs have been taken down and I moved Seattle Grace to Inactive.

This time next week I'll be on my way to Spain for 10 days of fun on the sun with family and friends. I'll put an official notice up on Thursday, so people will realise why I'm not replying to trade offers.

As much as I loved the red and black of the last layout, my lust for the Feehily is back to its original level, so I had to have him prominently featured on my logs again.

I've reshuffled the TCGs again (moved some to Hiatus/Closed) and added a Trading buddies section. If you're interested in becoming a trading buddy, please mention when we next trade and I'll add you to the 'list'.

I quit Aperture, Featured and Saga. There's so much time between updates I've completely lost interest in them. I'll keep my logs up for a month in case the admins want to use my cards as giveaways.

With work becoming its annual hectic self I won't be looking for a new TCG right now... but then again, ya never know what ya run into in the wacky world of TCGs.

Syndicate is back from hiatus. Although the Admin has chosen to rename all the cards in the TCG, I have chosen NOT to rename all mine. This means that if you want to trade with me you might get a card with its old name. So if you want to be sure you get a card with its new name please grab it from the Syndicate card page instead of my log.

Featured and Mystic Falls seem the have joined the ranks of comatose TCGs, so they have been moved to Inactive.
I've decided to give Aperture one more week; if it's not active again by June 1st I'll be handing in my resignation.

Happy Mother's Day to me and every other mother out there.
In an effort to try and forget where I should be today and who I should be seeing tonight, I decided to join another TCG: Seattle Grace, a Grey's Anatomy TCG. Maybe drooling over McSteamy and McDreamy will make me forget about (Mc)Feehily...
I moved Saga to Inactive, because that's what it has been for over a month now. Decided that I'll give Aperture till the end of the month to come back; if it's not back by then I'm quitting the TCG.

Happy Queensday to all Dutchies!
Before you say anything... Once again, yes... I brought another TCG back from my backup files; Picture Perfect this time. A little birdy told me Nalin was bringing it back, so I felt I owed it to myself to put my log back up.
I'm busy making new decks for Caboodle and I've applied for a 'job' as staff there.
What can I say? I'm an addict... sue me! LOL

With a heavy heart Mandi and I have put WOOO on hiatus; after nearly 3 and a half years updating it had become a chore and we had always promised each other we'd stop if that would ever happen.
So I've moved my WOOO log to Hiatus *snif*. Aperture has also been moved, though just to Inactive (which means I will still accept trades).

Caboodle has just announced it will be returning in May. Typical... I had only just given up all hope and deleted my logs. When it returns I will rejoin though. I like everything TCGs.

No, this is not an April Fools Joke, I really did change my layout back to Mark Feehily. Granted he's not as prominently featured as he used to be, but I'll admit it: I missed him! LOL.
The title for this version is Shattered Dreams; partly based on the fact that he broke my heart when he decided to get engaged to his boyfriend *snif* and partly on the lyrics of an old 80's song by Johhny Hates Jazz, called Shattered Dreams, which I've just discovered is on Clark Datchler's last album.

Picture Perfect's forum has disappeared, which is a pretty good indication that the TCG will not be returning, so I took down my logs for PP.
Lion & Lamd and Sparklers have both mentioned they'll be back soon, but will be starting over, so expect to find those logs empty one of these days.

Well I think that's it for now.

Joined a new puzzle-TCG today: Featured. I love puzzles and these cards look really good, so I had to join.
I'm also keeping my eye on a new Everything TCG called Life. It's still in pre-prejoin, but I'll most likely join as soon as prejoin opens.

Went into shock when I logged on Sparklers last night and saw it had gone on hiatus. Immediately offered Tawni help. I hope she doesn't give up on such a great TCG, although I do completely understand that school is much more important than TCGs.
Deleted my Affiche log and joined a new TCG: Syndicate.

I've left Affiche. I found it hard to update my logs, due to the cards not having any decknames on them. The logs will stay up until I hear back from the Admins, but I'm not accepting any more trades

Yay, Saga is back. I moved it back to Active, but I haven't had time up update yet. Good thing the weekend's here LOL.
I have some (well actually: a lot) of work to do for WOOO as well. All the cards need to be changed from .jpg to .gif because 'wonderful' Photobucket is ruining them. No rest for the wicked, eh?

Changed the menu a bit; added a TCGs page so I won't have to recode all my pages when I join a new TCG or one of them goes on hiatus (or worse).
There's an Inactive section now for games that or on temperary hiatus but for which I do still accept trades.
Not all pages have the new-look menu yet, but I'll change them as I update my logs.

Sparklers messages work again (thanks Tawni).
I'm starting to get more than slightly worried about The Mix, Mélange and Picture Perfect coming back now. They've all been inactive for a few weeks. I don't want to move them to Hiatus yet, because knowing my luck they'll be back right after I've recoded all my pages.
I might play around with the layout a bit over the next few days (change the menu on the left a bit), but I'm not sure yet. Stay tuned, I suppose.

Christmas Eve Day and you'd think I have better things to do than join another TCG, but you'd be wrong. All the shopping is done, the house is decorated and the thick layer of snow outside (yes, snow in Holland, who'd have thought!) is preventing me from going out to spend more money, so time to join another TCG: Sparklers.
I thought about moving Saga to Haitus, but decided to keep it in Active for now.

Ok, I admit it... I seriously like Jacob Black. *blush* What was Bella thinking choosing a vampire over a werewolf?
I felt brave yesterday and decided it was time for a new layout, but since I had never made one using a stylesheet before it didn't exactly go to plan.
After a long night this is the result. And I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it. :D I'm still tweaking, so if some links don't work yet, please bear (or should I say 'wolf') with me.

Dashing has been officially declared dead (shame, because I really liked the concept of an all male TCG); I'm also tired of waiting for Slayed to come back from the (un)dead-zone, so next time I'm updating my TCG list I'll be deleting both. I've already taken them off my trade form.

After going to the Midnight screening of New Moon last night (which was amazing by the way) I decided to join a Twilight TCG. In true FinaSmurf style I ended up joining 2 though: Saga and Lion & Lamb.

I rearranged the site a bit as well; moved Dashing and The Mix to hiatus.

Last night I went to a concert of my old love: Spandau Ballet. It had been over 20 years since I had last seen them perform, but it was absolutely worth the wait. They might be 50, but they still know how to rock the house.
Martin looked extremely fit and of course I spent most of the time watching him (sorry, but he was my first serious celeb-crush LOL).
Gary promised they'll be back next year and if they are I'll be there!

Also, Westlife's new single went to number 2 in the chart. Not bad at all considering they did it without the help of a video and only minimal promo.

In the 4 years I have been playing TCGs I've always had a Westlife related layout for my logs. A few days ago I decided it was time for a change and went looking for a new look. I saw this one, completely fell in love with it. But guess what? According to the creator the inspiration for this layout came from a song called "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan... yes, the same song Westlife covered. So despite the fact that they are not featured on this layout, there is still a big Westlife connection.
For those of you who have never heard the song, here are the lyrics:
